Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high–volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Our standard delivery time after dispatch is typically 7–15 business days.

These time frames are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors outside of our control.

Total delivery time = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Transit time (7–15 business days).


Shipping Costs

We regularly run promotions that include free or discounted shipping.
Any current offers (such as free shipping thresholds or limited-time deals) will be clearly displayed on our website and/or at checkout.

Final shipping costs, if any, will be shown before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after you receive your tracking number.

If you haven’t received tracking details after 5 business days from placing your order, please contact us at support@shopaluvion.com with your order number.


Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide.
If shipping is not available to your location, you will not be able to complete checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees once it reaches your country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

First, check your tracking information and contact the carrier.

If you still need help, email us at support@shopaluvion.com with your order number.

For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the case and work with you on a suitable solution (replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy).


Order Changes & Cancellations

We start processing orders quickly, so:

Order changes or cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered processing or shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopaluvion.com with your order number and requested changes.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
